A Story About Sincerity And Understanding
I have a customer who is from Canada, he ordered one unit of air compressor from me. Unfortunately, we met some troubles when make the delivery, most of the delivery for air compressor was made by sea in the past, this is the first time for us to send it by express, because the air compressor is too heavy. Moreover, express is quite strict for the goods at the end of year, they couldn't send the goods for us because it has the motor. My customer was hurried and angry, i can understand him, he need to show the goods to his customer soon, but this is also the situation that we don't hope to meet, and nobody can control it. On the one hand, I explained it patiently and sincerely, on the other hand, we actively asked our forwarder to try various express again and again. Fortunately, my customer gave me understanding and support, i really appreciate this very much, and finally, we sent it successfully by DHL after we trying it 3 times. Our customer received the goods soon, both of us are very happy and excited, even though our company paied more than extra 100 dollars for this delivery. Money is not important, the most important thing is we have one more friend, now, the customer and i became good friends.
In the procedure of communicating with customers, everybody will meet some trouble more or less, at this moment, the thing we need to do is making the customers feel your sincerity of solving this trouble, certainly, we must also spare no efforts to solve it, i believe that customers will understand it, just like my customer. Only we treat others with sincerity, can we get more understanding and support from others, and the mistake will be less, because we always want to provide our customers with best service.
